How do you clear up congested pores and blackheads on sensitive skin?

Is the clinique pore refiner any good?

How about other brands of skin regimens? Which one does the job best? How do you clear up congested pores and blackheads on sensitive skin?
You could try those strips where they pull out the grungy pores and black heads, they work pretty good.

You could use a gentle scrub, no apricot or walnut shells! Those are too scratchy for your face, brown sugar scrub is good. Make it at home, brown sugar and a little olive oil or honey, scrub and rinse. Leaves your face soft. How do you clear up congested pores and blackheads on sensitive skin?
netrogenea products are the best for the purpose. one home remedy i have for u: take one egg's white beat it well now apply to your face. your pores will be tightens.
As embarassing as it is, I use ';dove';....I have extremely sensitive skin!! I've tried almost everything and so far the only thing that doesn't make it worse, but actually helps is the 'dove' face wipes. You just get them wet and suds 'em up, and you're good to go! It's pretty great. You should try them.!
boil a pot of water, and set it on your kitchen table or counter. Grab a large bath towel, and when the steam is still hot, but not too hot set your face above the pot, and cover the back of your head for 30 seconds at a time. The steam loosens up the congested pores, and pulls the impurites to the surface. Repeat this about 5 to 10 times, and then gently squeeze the black heads out of your nose. Make sure to use a gentle toner afterwards to close your pores
I would advise a health food store

Holistic methods treat from the inside out

so you may want to cleanse your body and then find an exfoliating scrub for sensitive skin

Whole Foods is a good place to start and some GNC has products but are limited to knowledge of product

Puritans Pride is good place on line

but a local health food store is best bet
i use a pair of tweezers and l'oreal blackhead remover, try the sticky pore strips, they hurt like hell but they work
you should try neutrogema. it is oil-free and cheap. :) or you should try noxema triple blackhead cleanser.it is oil free and cheap! both are perfect for sensitive skin. and after shower/ face washing use a deep cleansing astrigent liquid with a cotton pad. it burns for about 10-15 seconds but it gets rid of extra dirt on your face and kills pores/blackheads

PRICES:

neutrogema and astringent = $8-10.00 (nice and cheap)

noxema and astringent = $10-12.00 ( a bit more expensive but more proficient.)
Biore pore strips are my fave.

They can hurt just a little when pulling them off but boy will you be amazed at what's on that strip when you pull it off. Yes it's gross but hey, at least now it's not on your face anymore!

(they retail $5.94 at walmart)
