How do you keep blackheads from popping up?

i use st. ives apricot scrub to exfoliate when i shower, but the next day the blackheads are in full force again! would it be bad to use the scrub everyday just on my nose though because thats where my blackheads are. or would it be smart to get some less harsh way to get rid of them?

has anyone used any of the clearasil blackhead gel? or clearasil blackhead control pads? if so do they really work? if not recommend me some products please! How do you keep blackheads from popping up?
by eating the right foods and staying away from the greasy fried foods, also too much chocolate/sugar isnt good. You must wash your face with a good facial wash such as fruitise facial scrub and keep an astringent on after washing. Not too worry I am assuming you are a teen? We all go through the skin dilema, but for the meantime use the recommended above. If you dont have the money for a brand name scrub, buy a box of brown sugar and use it after washing your face with a soap then rinse off the brown sugar. How do you keep blackheads from popping up?
clearasil blackhead gel is great for me but everybody has different organism maybe that clearasil may not work for you

but there must be something good for you..

try sand or sugar u can mix sand or sugar with a little bit of water the put it in the area where u have the blackheads

lol get a biore strip and use that every week or 2 weeks...it helps with that a lot...u must have larger pores..stuff just naturally gets trapped so what u should do is try to minimize those pores or at least block off outside stuff...and those pads don't work...they are just as harsh as the scrub i think...yeah just remove them with the pore strips.
i personally use Pro Activ

but if you dont want to spend much money to get results, google what peroxide mixtures you can use from home to clear up your skin, as peroxide is usually one of the main ingredients in acne clearing products
u should go to a dermatologist and see what they have to say but i use this thing from avon and it helps me
